Paris Hilton is in talks to appear in Celebrity Big Brother.

The Simple Life star has been offered $600,000 (£300,000) to star in the forthcoming series, reports British newspaper The Sun.

A show insider tells the paper, “She wants people to see that she is not a bimbo or wild child.

“She’s actually smart and funny, with lots of interesting things to say.

“She would easily be the star of the show – but obviously won’t do it unless the money is right.”
